We oversee construction work on-site, coordinating between consultants and trades to ensure full understanding of the design intent, quality and delivery timing. We do this by:
- Monitoring and managing materials delivery, on-site acceptance, installation, testing, commissioning and the handover processes
- Ensuring site safety measures are upheld
- Controlling time schedule and slippage
- Carrying out risk assessment and mitigation planning as required
